SHIPPING POLICY:

We do not ship or crate large furniture items, or large items of unusually fragile nature. The shipping of these large/fragile items is the responsibility of the buyer. The price to ship these items is NOT included in the purchase price.

Final arrangements are strictly between the buyer and the shipping agent in which they procure. Fickle Moon Antiques is not responsible for any shipping occurrences , such as but not limited to damage, loss, theft or delays. The buyer is not obligated to hire any of the shipping agents that we have listed. There are hundreds of shipping agents available online and we are only providing these links as a common courtesy to our customers. We are not affiliated with any of these shipping agents.

Shipping estimates: It’s easy. Simply provide the shipping agent(s) with the link(s) to the item(s) that you want to purchase. Our item listings have all of the necessary information that they will need to create a shipping estimate. As a friendly reminder, make sure to confirm that the shipping agent is insuredUpon procurement of a third-party shipping agent, the buyer is required to contact me with the complete details; including but not limited to the shipping agents contact information. The shipper will then be required to contact me with the date and window of time that the item will be picked up. If the shipper does not contact me within 48 hours to establish a pickup date and time, I will then contact the buyer to move forward with the procurement of a different shipping agent. I DO NOT accept nighttime appointments. The pickup needs to be 7:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
