Upon opening, please inspect the item(s) for damage; document as well with photographs if damaged. It is imperative that you keep all of the original shipping-packing materials if your item is damaged during shipment. The buyer is required to contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if their item arrives damaged so that the proper claims procedures can be initiated. Claims personnel (FedEx, UPS, USPS) will inspect the damaged package to determine the cause of damage and verify that proper packing materials were used (in accordance with the shipping terms). Claims personnel may inspect the package at the shipper’s or receiver’s site, or may collect the package for inspection at a claims facility. If the buyer hires a third-party shipping agent and the item is damaged, the buyer has full responsibility to handle the claim with their agent.
Take pictures if the box exterior exhibits signs of damage.
Upon opening, inspect the item for damage. Document damage with several photographs.
Retain all shipping materials (box, packing, etc.).
The buyer is required to contact us within 24 hours. No exceptions.
The buyer will have to contact the carrier as well to establish a possible inspection by the agent.
